Annissia brings over 20 years of proven leadership experience in warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics to BGDC. Most recently, she has held senior leadership positions with industry leaders, including overseeing distribution center operations at HelloFresh, and prior roles with Kuehne + Nagel and Geodis. Throughout her career, Annissia has demonstrated expertise in building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable results in fast-paced, complex logistics environments.
As General Manager of BGDC’s Atlanta facility, Annissia will focus on delivering key results for our customers while enhancing associate performance through comprehensive training, development, and engagement programs. Her priorities include maintaining BGDC’s industry-leading safety standards and implementing strategic initiatives that support the company’s continued growth and innovation.
The Atlanta facility represents a critical component of BGDC’s operations, with 700,000 square feet of temperature-controlled warehousing serving retail and fast-moving consumer goods industries. The facility processes over 300,000 cases daily with 99.5% order accuracy, supported by a dedicated team of 750+ associates operating 24/7/365.
