Jeff Durrough Promoted to Chief Operating Officer
We are proud to announce the promotion of Jeff Durrough to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BGDC Distribution. In this role, Jeff will oversee and optimize all day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient processes that deliver the key results our customers count on. Jeff brings extensive operational expertise and proven leadership, and he will report directly to CEO Joe Obermeier while driving BGDC’s continued growth in the temperature-controlled logistics and distribution sector.
Christoph Erdel Advances to Senior Director of Customer Experience
We are equally excited to announce the promotion of Christoph Erdel to Senior Director of Customer Experience. Christoph will continue building strong client relationships, driving innovation, and supporting operational needs. As new business comes to BGDC, he will spearhead onboarding to ensure seamless integration into our service network and maintain the high standards of service for which BGDC is known. Christoph will report directly to COO Jeff Durrough, ensuring our customer-experience efforts integrate with the smooth, efficient operations we deliver every day.
